(Certified Property Manager) and C.C.I.M. designations, He was also awarded the most prestige designation in Canadian Real Estate: Fellow of the Canadian Real Estate Institute (FRI). He serves clients from International Investors, Life Insurance Companies, Real Estate Investment Trust (REITs) and Pension Funds.

He graduated from University of Ottawa, B.Com Honors in Corporate Management. He was Senior Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Investment Manager RFN, a Canadian Commercial Mortgage Company . Wayne duties include managing and implementing corporate real estate investment strategies for new emerging market in asia, supervising and guiding a team of analysts to perform financial analysis of target investment companies and helping NAC identify new strategic investment real estate projects.

Quang Chinh Nguyen
Project Management Director 
Dr. Quang Nguyen has 26 years experience in Construction and Project Management. He has managed various types of large scale projects such as industrial, office, retail and residential complex.  He has had direct and overall project management and construction responsiblity for  8 Metro hypermart projects, 3 Coca-Cola plants and 3 Unilever-Walls factories, He has a Ph.D in engineering and technology management from Southern California University and MBA in Construction Engineering.
